How do I maintain my table?

Our mdf tables with a white coating do not require any maintenance. However, it is recommended not to allow stains to penetrate, but to remove them as soon as possible with a slightly damp cloth. For the marble tables we recommend wiping the table with the classic green soap. You should absolutely not use acidic cleaning products, acid can cause stains. So absolutely no chlorine, anti-limescale or cif. You can find more information about maintaining the marble table in our blog .

The tabletop has small holes and dull spots here and there, which can also be felt, is this bad?

Marble is a natural stone and this is basically imperfect. This means that there are regular irregularities in the blade, despite the polishing layer. With blemishes we are talking about small hairline cracks, rough spots and/or small pits that may be in the blade. This does not affect the quality. It just shows that it is a truly unique natural product. The beauty of imperfection.

My table will be delivered soon, can I use it right away or does it still need to be treated?

Our tables can be used immediately, as they are fully impregnated. We recommend re-impregnating the table once a year.

What is the delivery time?

For delivery addresses in the Netherlands (excl. Wadden Islands) and Belgium, the delivery time is a maximum of 2 weeks, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Within a few days after the order, the delivery date will be agreed with you by email.

Did my order go through?

You will always receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been received. If you did not receive it immediately, follow these steps:

Wait another 15 minutes. Sometimes sending the mail takes longer than usual.

Check if the email ended up in your spam inbox.

If none of the steps above fix it. Then call our customer service who will check on the basis of your first and last name whether the order has been correctly received by us. Of course you can also send an email.

What is a visit by appointment?

Visit by appointment means that we are only open by appointment. If you would like to come and view a table without obligation, you can arrange a date and time with us via one of the contact options.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to or by telephone on tel: +31 (0) 85 060 55 35. Always state your order number so that we can help you quickly. Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped or scheduled for delivery.


How can I pay in the webshop?

In our webshop you can pay with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontant/Mr.Cash. You can also pay by bank transfer to the IBAN account number that you will find on the invoice after ordering.

Can I also pay in cash upon delivery?

Yes that is possible, but it is not our preference. We prefer secure payment by bank or credit card. If you still want to pay in cash, we do ask that you pay the delivery costs in advance by bank transfer. We do not accept €500 notes.

Are the prices shown including or excluding VAT?

All prices shown on our website include 21% VAT.

Can VAT be reverse charged?

Yes, that is possible, but we will have to manually draw up an invoice for this. Please contact us by email so that we can manually draw up an invoice without VAT.

Warranty and returns

Do I have a warranty on my table?

We offer a 2-year warranty on our tables.

What is user damage?

User damage is a form of wear caused by the user. Examples:

- Due to the use of incorrect maintenance or cleaning agents.

- Failure to comply with the regulations such as the advice to use coasters.

- Scratches are caused by, for example, dropping something on the table or by sharp objects.

What if the table disappoints me?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, so you can return the table within that period. The purchase amount of the table will be deposited into your account within 7 days after receipt of the table. Of course, the table must be in salable condition. Please note that the delivery and return costs are not reimbursed.

I notice damage to the delivered product, what now?

You can report damage to the table or base via our contact form or email. We will provide a replacement product or other suitable solution.


What are the delivery costs?

In the Netherlands (excl. Wadden Islands) and in Belgium, the delivery costs are 80 euros. Our drivers bring the table over the threshold on the ground floor.

You can also opt for our assembly service. For an additional charge of 60 euros, the table will be assembled and all packaging materials will be taken back.

Can a table be brought upstairs?

That is only possible with our MDF tables. We can only bring marble tables upstairs if there is a lift. If there are special circumstances that we have to take into account during delivery, please feel free to contact us for consultation.

What do I have to take into account with the delivery?

To avoid surprises, we ask you to provide us with details regarding the delivery locations in advance. Consider, for example, a (temporarily) closed street or alternative approach route.

Do you also deliver tables abroad?

In addition to our options for delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are always willing to think along with you regarding delivery in other countries. We do not have fixed prices for this. If you want the table delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium, please contact us first to discuss the possibilities. We are also happy to help you find the right carrier.

How do I assemble the table?

Place the foot on the floor. Then you place the leaf on top of the foot. Look from the bottom to see if you can see the screw holes in the blade through the holes in the base. As soon as a hole is visible, loosen and tighten it with the supplied screw and Allen key. Then move on to the next hole. A total of 4x. Then tighten all screws by hand and the table is ready for use. More detailed instructions can be found on this page .

How is the table packed?

Our MDF table tops are packed in cardboard boxes with a styrofoam protective layer. The same applies to all our table legs. Our marble tables are delivered in sturdy wooden boxes. You need a small crowbar to open it yourself.

What does the delivery process look like?

A few days after you have placed the order via our webshop, you will receive a proposal for the delivery date by email. Once you have confirmed this date, the delivery date is final. The day before delivery you will also receive an email with a time slot within which the driver expects to arrive.

Do you assemble the table?

By default, the tables are not mounted. However, this is possible at an additional cost of 60 euros. Then the packaging materials will also be taken away by the drivers and you will be ready to dine!

Complaints and suggestions

Do you still have a complaint or defect that you want to report despite our precautions? You can contact our customer service directly by phone, but you can of course also e-mail or send a message via the contact form . It is therefore possible to add photos so that the complaint / defect is immediately clear to us. Whatever your complaint is, we will try to solve it!
